Major Construction
Two sets of plans and the plan review fee must be submitted for approval. When the plans are approved, one set is retained in the office and the other is stamped approved and returned to contractor/owner to submit to the County. The performance deposit is returned only after the following have been completed:
Minor Construction

Fire Safety Enforcement
- Low Severity Conditions: $250 fine
- Medium Severity Conditions: $500 fine
- High Severity Conditons: $1,000 fine

Bi-Monthly Water Bill
For Improved Lots:
Water usage is billed every two months: JANUARY, MARCH, MAY, JULY, SEPTEMBER, NOVEMBER
Base rate is $185.97 per meter
Water Usage Rate (per cubic foot):
Tier 1 0-1200 cf $0.0759
Tier 2 1200-2000 cf $0.0913
Tier 3 2001-3000 cf $0.0949
Tier 4 3001 and up cf $0.0964
For Unimproved Lots:
An annual water standby assessment of $400 is billed on July 1 of each year
Above rates are effective July 1, 2024. These rates are subject to change by the Board of Directors. The rate schedule is reviewed annually and adjusted as necessary.
